Before you call

The questions people actually ask

No. Most customers are at work. We just need gate access — give us the code or leave it unlatched on your service day. You'll get a photo of the closed gate when we're done.

We'd rather they weren't, but tell us your dog's temperament and we'll work with it. Plenty of regulars have friendly dogs that follow us around. If yours is nervous or protective, put them inside.

We still come. Only lightning or flooding pushes a visit, and you'll get a text with the new day.

Text us. No 30-day notice, no form, no one trying to talk you out of it. Going out of town? We can pause instead.

Fair question. It buys back an hour of a chore most people put off until it's a bigger chore. If your yard is small and you don't mind doing it, you probably don't need us — we'd rather say that than sign you up for something you'll resent.

It leaves in our truck, double-bagged, disposed of off-site. It never goes in your bin — which surprises people who've used other services.
